Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind the pedagogical quality of Smart Moves Chess.

For curriculum licenses, we provide free sample lessons prior to purchase so you can verify classroom fit. If an institutional licensee encounters issues, our team works directly with your staff to provide onboarding assistance or issue appropriate refunds within 30 days.
